Sunday, March 11, 2012. Family Vacation Post #3. We had a full day at sea after St. Thomas on our way back toward the states. We then stopped at Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas. Here's a picture of the island and the boat that met us. There isn't a dock because the water isn't deep enough so this was a tender, meaning we had to board on a small boat and it took us to shore. Sunday, March 7, 2010. As I reflect, I wonder how many blog posts I have called this title? Oh well, what matters is that I'm doing it now. So, guess what- Kevin and I own a subdivision and we are officially developers. It's trivial that the subdivision only encompasses 3 acres and we will only be developing it for ourselves. Sunday, December 6, 2009. My Baby is a Band Geek. So, 30 or so years ago I started playing the flute. I dropped out of band before high school because it wasn’t ‘cool’ to play a band instrument. Thankfully Brianna did not follow in her loser mother’s footsteps! Brianna is playing the very flute that my mom bought me oh so many years ago, and she’s playing it VERY well. Sunday, September 27, 2009. Lots of goings on……. Amber, the #1 grandbaby on the Oswald side, tied the knot. Congrats and welcome Justin! We got a new (new to us anyway) toy. As you can tell, Ozzy believes it was made for him! Monday, July 11, 2011. Here's a quick run down of happenings for the last couple of months. Since the motorcycle wasn't getting ridden, we traded it in on this little beauty. I call it the Lady Bug but Kevin hates that name. It's super fun! We also had Grandma and Grandpa Tanner's 60th wedding anniversary party on June 25th. Sunday, March 4, 2012. Family Vacation Post #2. Thankfully we had a day out of the sun for Jacob to recover from his second degree burn. We came into Puerto Rico to some cloud cover. We were escorted into port by the Coast Guard. I think they were showing off for us, they kept buzzing around the boat and the poor guy in the front (with the gun) had to hold on! Jacob was first in line to get fit for the harness. Although Brock looks like he might be nervous, he was a rock star and enjoyed every minute.
