Sunday, June 05, 2005. A couple days later. The pain has subsided, bit by bit, slowly taken over by the numbness of urban America. I used to drown my sorrows with fermented beverages, but they no longer perform the needed task. I'm facing the sorrow head on, sober, to fully appreciate my downfall.
