My presentation went ok.but it wasn't up to my usual standards. I felt like I wasn't really connecting with the group. Shortly after this, I headed home for the evening. October 27, 2008. I've finally gotten a bit better from the shoulder injuries. I did it without the operation! I completely changed my diet, started taking supplements to compensate for a magnesium deficiency and a lack of certain amino acids.
