Tuesday, May 13, 2014. خورش کرفس - 2. خوب میدونم هممون بلدیم که خورش کرفس. بپزیم، سالهای سال با نعناع جعفری درست میکنم و خیلی هم دوست داریم . اینبار دیگه نعناع و جعفری اضافه نکردم و با سبزی خود کرفس و رب درستش کردم . در هر صورت خوشمزست ، مهم اون کرفس هست که دوست داشته باشیم . کرفس6 شاخه همراه برگها. پیاز درشت 1 عدد. گوشت تیکه ای 300 گرم. رب 1 قاشق غذاخوری. نمک و فلفل و زردچوبه به میزان لازم. زعفران دم کرده به میزان لازم. آبلیمو بسته به ذائقه. به همراه برنج سرو کنین و نوش جان کنین .
