Saturday, July 24, 2010. 1 foot long zuchinni. 1-2 tbls garlic tobasco sauce. 1/2 cup of veg. broth (low sodium). 1 handfull fresh basil. 1 handfull of daiya vegan cheese stuff. Sautee zuch. Until translucent. Salt and pepper to taste. Add all other ingredients except cheese and cook until broth is boiled away. Spead cheese on plate and cover with zuch. Thursday, June 16, 2011. What a lucky little boy we have! When we arrived, he immediately wanted to romp around in all the leaves. Derick and I were hungry though, so after a few minutes in the leaves, we made him come with us to find some lunch. He really wanted to hang out in the leaves though, so we plopped him in Derick's bag. He loved it! Freezing, but fun! Tiny Santa Hat or chewed piece of gum with a feather stuck to it? Momma and Baby Skunk that Derick decided to run at with a stick.

Saturday, September 12, 2009. Derick and I made this for dinner a while back and it was so tasty. We modified a couple of recipes from RAW: The UnCook Book to make it. We made the marinated portobello recipe but left the mushrooms whole instead of dicing them, the following is my adapted recipe:. 1/2 cup Nama Shoyu. 1/2 cup water with 1/2 packet of miso soup mix. 1/4 cup olive oil. Mixed together and left to marinade all day while I was at work. 1 cup sprouted lentils. 1/3 cup olive oil.

One night we decided to try to make a vegan tzatziki with whatever I happened to have in the fridge. It turned out great. Even the dairy-eater loved it! 1/4 cup tofutti cream cheese. A splash of unsweetened almond milk. 1 clove of garlic, minced. Juice of 1 small lemon. 2 sprigs of mint or dill, minced. 2 small Persian cucumbers, shredded. Salt and pepper to taste.
