Sour cream coffee cake. 2 sticks butter. cream. 1 t baking powder. 1 c sour cream. Cream margarine or butter and mix in eggs and add all ingredients in order. In separate bowl mix:. 1 c chopped nuts (but i dont). 8 T brown sugar. Grease bundt pan well and put enough cake batter to cover bottom; add 1/3 of dry mixture. add layer of cake batter and then more dry mixture and rest of batter and the rest of the dry mixture. cook at 350 for 45-60 min. This is a recipe I got from a good family friend. It is so easy to make and so good! We make this a lot in our house. 1 can french onion soup. 1 can beef consomme soup. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1 can of water. 1 stick of butter. 1 small can sliced mushrooms. 1 1/4 cups enriched long grain rice. Melt butter. Mix soups and add butter and water. Add rice and mushroom to soup mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in casserole pan and bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour.
