So, I don't know about any of you, but sometimes it's hard for me to choose a book for the month, so I've been thinking that we should update our list of books to read on the blog. I think we should all find at least three books that we would want to read or might be interested in reading some day that we can put on our list of books to read, then, if we don't know what to pick for our month we can just select one off of the list.

Turning Over New Pages. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. I loved this book. I read it in a day. I have been following her blog for quite some time so I thought that it would be a lot of repeat but she opened up a lot more in the book than she does on her blog. Some things I learned- Faith. This woman has been through so much, but her faith is still strong. Yes she still has hard days but she is so so so faithful. Humor I loved her humor with the different stories about her courtship/marriage, and her family.

Turning Over New Pages. Tuesday, November 15, 2011. So I really have been reading all of the books, but I never really feel like I have anything profound to say. I've really enjoyed this book club a TON! It introduces me to books I've never heard of and ones I would never think to read, like Anna Karenina - which was really my favorite so far. It was long and worth it in my opinion, so thank-you Mandy for suggesting it. Oh, and I can't wait to have an actually book club get together, it'll be way fun.

Wednesday, July 10, 2013. We were able to go to the Huntsman Springs Celebrate America event again this year to celebrate the 4th of July. They do this celebration the weekend before the 4th for the convenience of more people and it's a great idea because the crowds were huge this year! We only went for the firework show this year. None of the pre-show events and activities. The show was incredible! Then the fireworks began. It was so cute. I didn't even know she knew the word beautiful! Ted and Pat Haws.

Wednesday, July 10, 2013. We left on the 2nd of July and drove to Nebraska to visit Tara and Phil. (Wesley's sister and her husband). Everyone asked why we were going to Nebraska of all places. And well, this is pretty much what we saw there! Every child should have the opportunity to see fireflies! We also saw a Cardinal, yes, the bird. It was my first time seeing one and I thought it was beautiful. They are such a vibrant shade of red! So fun to catch up on you guys! You have been busy! Ted and Pat Haws.
