TIME IS RUNNING OUT! Toxics Use Reduction Program Reporting Amnesty. Through June 30, 2016, MassDEP will accept past due Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) annual chemical use reports from companies that voluntarily disclose their failure to file in compliance with the law. Those taking advantage of the amnesty program will receive only a “warning letter” and be required to pay just one year of past-due chemical use and administrative late fees. He received the 2006 Champion of Toxics Use Reduction Award.
