You can purchase this tube from The PSP Project which can now be found here. I am using a awesome scrapkit called Wonderland which is PTU by Abstract Creations and can be found at The PSP Project here. Mask of Choice I used WSL Mask116 which can be found here. The tut was written in Paint Shop Pro X4 but should work in others. Plugins used Candy Eye4 Gladient Glow.
