Vlos and Sabayon are based on Gentoo,. Gentoo is a source based distro, meaning you have to compile apps and updates yourself. Is it good to compile or is it better to use packages ready to install? At the time. despite the fact that it’s easy to do, there weren’t many detailed guides. I’ve endeavoured to make the information useful and easy to follow by editing it and adding screenshots. You can use a great program called ‘Unetbootin’ to easily make a drive bootable. Using Puppy Linux’s Universal Installer. Howto: Set up Grub and Syslinux toghether.
