Click here for directions from Livermore to Twain Harte. Highway 120 feeds into Hwy 108. You will go through Manteca, Escalon and Oakdale. From Oakdale it is about 50 minutes to Jamestown and then Sonora. Approximately 15 minutes above Sonora, turn left at the first Twain Harte sign. The road has several twists and turns. When you reach the first straight-away section of the road, you will find Mono Drive about 150 yards on your left. Turn left onto Mono Drive.

Beardsley Lake in Tuolumne. Enjoy fishing for Brook Trout, German Brown Trout, Hatchery Trout, Rainbow Trout. Fishing information is available by calling the Strawberry Store 209-965-3597. Twain Harte PGE Creek. This creek runs through the town on Joaquin Gully Road. Both brook and rainbow trout can be caught. Species present: rainbow trout. Seasons open: all year. North Fork Tuolumne River.
