Tuesday, July 3, 2012. Which means sleeping in. But also means feeding lots of kids ALL Day long! Normally I don't like to be in the kitchen in the summer because it's way too hot. But lately I am in the mood to COOK. So yesterday wee did plain old fashioned banana bread. My favorite. First you lay out all your ingredients. Butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder and a secret ingredient that makes it taste so good. Cream your butter and sugar. Give one last mix. Looking so pretty!

Monday, June 13, 2011. Chillin after church yesterday…. Today they came running in the house to tell me to hurry and come look ……. Was waiting to greet me. Like clockwork, Adam just happened to drive up and so he disposed of it correctly. With a huge stick and water….as she had taken up residence in a big pipe in the ground. Friday, December 30, 2011. We have had such a good week. It's gone by way to fast. Love the freedom. No places to be. Just eat and play and maybe do a load of laundry or two. I don't want to take the tree down. We just replaced it a week and a half ago! I have an attachment to my house that is hard to explain. I love this house. And it will be so hard to leave it. . You search for the note in your huge pile of papers that you meant to go through but haven't had time. Yup. Sure enough. It's red ribbon week. Crap! They look great and they make it out the door barely on time. BUT THEN they notice the other kids and they start to PANIC-. Mom How come they. I don't see anyone. Thursday, January 5, 2012. I lovee the floor plan of the new house. Its all been redone on the inside. New Carpet, Hardwood floors, paint etc. We still havee the kitcheen to movve and all of our closets. Big day today. Brinley came home the other day after the stake dance to tell me she got asked out on her first date! A double date with her friend Cere! They were so cute and so excited! The boys were seniors. Wha? Brins date was from California. They wentt to breakfast at Dennys. Haha!

Thursday, April 26, 2012. Riding with Adam and LuLu out to a job. Something we do often. Truck dies at stoplight. Then restarts. Then dies while driving. Adam pulls over and restarts. Truck dies again. Adam pulls in parking lot. Truck never restarts again. Adam tries to fix it. Nothing works. A few phone calls are made. Brinley comes to pick us up during her lunch hour.
