He was one of the founders of Bountiful, the city I grew up in, and one of the rescuers of the stranded pioneers. Then we just have to wait for National to send his Eagle packet and we can have his Court of Honor! I was hoping to have it in August, but since it took 2 months just to schedule a Board of Review, and National will surely take a few weeks at the least, it looks like it will be September before it is done.
