From joining a coven, to attending an open event, there are some rules of etiquette that should be kept in mind. Most of these are common sense, one might think, but unfortunately, it seems that poor manners are more commonplace. 8226; Don’t enter, or leave the circle once it’s been cast. 8226; Do no...

Beyond the Circle: D is for Doing
http://ivyartemisia.blogspot.com/2012/02/d-is-for-doing.html
The life of a cottage witch stuck in suburbia. D is for Doing. Labels: Pagan Blog Project. It’s been a crazy week, so it’s short, today. One who follows the path of doing still needs to be self-aware of their energy and how they affect others, but all in all, I find that doing things for the gods, others, and nature rather than for oneself, is a very spiritually fulfilling attitude to pathwalking. Friday, February 24, 2012. Thanks for spelling the two schools of thought so succintly! D is for Doing.

The life of a cottage witch stuck in suburbia. Spring Equinox Evocation of Hebe. Hebe is a goddess that is often honored in the spring, being that she’s a goddess of youth; the archetypical maiden. A daughter of Zeus and Hera, she attended Aphrodite, and was eventually given in marriage to Herakles. Spring Equinox evocation of Hebe. Daughter to Zeus and Hera, Bride to Herakles.

The life of a cottage witch stuck in suburbia. Creating a Daily and/or Personal Practice. Have I written about this before? Besides this, I’d like to try a short period of meditation each evening before bed (I’m not a morning person, so that shining, happy morning yoga person inside of me DOES NOT EXIST). What could you adjust in your life to make room for a personal practice? Thursday, July 14, 2011. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Coven of the Twilight Moon. Fiery Wall of Protection.
