Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Then downstairs because he wouldn't walk. Okay still figured it was nothing because once again. He will do that when his pains come. He ended up not walking all morning even after some Motrin and after he fell down when I tried to stand him up decided it was time to take him to Urgent care. I figured when all he wanted to do was lay on the couch and watch cartoons something was up because he will usually sit for awhile and. Have to fill out any paperwork. The Dr. Their Sponser spot...

Life with Luke: July 2008
http://lifewithluke-picketts.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Luke had an appt. with a new neruologist yesterday. The most exciting thing was that he weighed 21lb. 12 oz, which is a big gain for him! I asked the Dr. about Luke's sleeping and he suggested not letting him take a nap or just keeping it to 1 hr./day. He obviously doesn't have children. I didn't take him too seriously, I mean, he's so tired, he has to have enough energy for all his therapies. Anyways, took it with a grain of salt. Hope the car ride goes ok! Next week is the pok...

Life with Luke: February 2009
http://lifewithluke-picketts.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 7, 2009. Well, great news, Luke has spoken his first word: MORE. No, it's not perfectly annunciated (not sure how to spell that), but he says it at appropriate times (usually while eating) and seems very proud of himself. You cannot even believe how excited we are about this! Must feel so much better and what a relief for us. just in time for the new babies to come home and keep us up! Like I told Clint, it's better to be up with 2 kids than 3! Emily is doing great as well, weighing 6l...

Five Girls is Enough: Christmas Time In Germany
http://fivegirlsisenough.blogspot.com/2009/03/christmas-time-in-germany.html
Friday, March 13, 2009. Christmas Time In Germany. So, this Christmas was special. I went to the Weinachtsmarkt. Christmas Tree by the Marketkirche in Old City Hannover. Each city that has a Weinachtsmarkt has a Christmas tree. Ours is in the old part of the city next to the market church. We do not have much of an old city left after the Allied bombings. There is a great Weinachtsmarkt in a town close to us, Celle. They still have many old, old houses. I want to go there next year. She has good taste!
