Day trips are a great way for family, friends, school groups and organizations to enjoy time together at a Real Dude Ranch. For groups of 10 (required) or more we have two different options available. Group Day Trip Rates Plan 1: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. This Day Trip includes a BBQ lunch with all the trimmings, horseback riding, swimming in the pool, tubing (when available) on the Medina River, hayride and team building cowboy games for the kids. Our trail rides here at Twin Elm are by the hour and led by one or more of our professional Wrangler's. Rex rabbits were raised and adopted by local 4-H families and have been well taken care of. These little bunnies are extremely friendly and cuddly and our children have really enjoyed them. They currently live in an indoor hutch and get time to run around in the cellar or their fenced-in yard outdoors. We have black and white babies who will be ready for a new home in May.
