She was thrilled, and wore it daily. Until it fell off when she was reaching across her desk. Notes about my jewelry-making life, and sometimes just my life. Saturday, June 26, 2010. Sometimes, it's the way a vine twines around a branch, or the sound of fiddles on a courthouse lawn. This time, it was bubbles- my sons and their bubbles, their bubble machine and a soft summer's evening, bubbles floating on the breeze. I've created a new series, based on the bubbles we blew. Each pendant and necklace is unique, but unlike the fleeting joy of bubbles, these will last. Bubbles on a Wire.
