Once again, I cannot take credit for this recipe, except for the mango salsa part (that was a Martha Stewart recipe. Makes about 2 1/2 cups). 2 ripe mangoes (peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4 inch dice) * Here. After looking all over for a good recipe, we decided to make a dessert we've already made before, but with a festive spin. We used Martha's recipe. 1 package pita chips (approximately 10 oz). 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons. 4 ounces feta cheese. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint (* we didn't use the mint in ours and the flavor was great).

I had forgotten about it and I was so excited when I found it. It used to be one of my favorites so I thought I'd share. (Note: it's pretty spicy so if you don't like spicy food I would adjust the amount of hot sauce).
