There is so much data and information to be processed post this journey that we find it difficult to narrow it down to the most relevant ones. But thanks to all kinds of questions that we have been asked, we figured out what people are mostly interested in. The following data collection is not final but it is a start. Reaching 4,000 miles in Marine City, MI. 5,135 miles or 8,264km pedaled. 457hrs and 7mins in the saddle.

A bike is good project. Wednesday, August 29, 2012. Adventure in our own backyard. Despite joyfully immersing ourselves in the local wines of the Clare Valley, especially the Watervale Rieslings, the iconic Barossa Valley is within a days ride of our home, perfect for a little local cycling adventure. So despite the less than reassuring weather forecast for the weekend (showers, wind and possible hail) the Swiss Mountain Goat and I brave the chill to explore our backyard by bike. We did ride yesterday too but I can’t remember it because all I can think about is how we made it to the COAST! Today’s ride was amazing.
