A new fabric headboard with nailheads and matching bed skirt replaced the. Mahogany 4 post bed. The heavy draperies and valances came down and were replaced with lighter. Panels. The arch of the window can now be seen. The wing back chairs were recovered in a Schumacher mocha check fabric. New lamps were added to go with the more updated look of the room.
