The Meador Family: December 2009
http://themeadors.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 31, 2009. We headed to Oklahoma the day after Christmas so Michael could hunt. The kids were able to enjoy the snow while we were up there. This was the most snow that either one of them had ever seen. The weather was warm enough where they could get outside and play.and they did! Anyone that left their car or walked outside of the house was pounded with Brock's snowballs. Daddy started building a snowman, but Addison and I finished it. She took time out to make a snow angel. Addison w...

The Meador Family: February 2010
http://themeadors.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 12, 2010. Fun in the Snow Part I. The title of this post is Part I because we had to come in to dry off and warm up. I'm certain that we will be headed out again and again and again. Michael made it to Dallas safely this morning, but we were fortunate enough to get to stay home and enjoy the snow. Allie Belle does not like this stuff! The snowman that we made yesterday was tackled by Brock this morning, so Addison decided to make a new one. Meanwhile, Brock broke out the boogie board.

The Meador Family: March 2010
http://themeadors.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 21, 2010. Saturday morning, Brock had a birthday party at Shenanigan's. Addison and I went to school to work for a little while. We all met up at home for an afternoon of basketball and naps. Saturday night, we had one last spring break adventure. Medieval Times. As return guests, the kids knew what to expect really enjoyed it. When we came out of the show, it was snowing AGAIN. We didn't figure it would stick, but this is what we woke up to this morning. We finally made it! Brock kissing t...

The Meador Family: Saying Goodbye
http://themeadors.blogspot.com/2011/05/saying-goodbye.html
Saturday, May 21, 2011. We had to say goodbye to a very special member of our family this week. We loved this girl more than anything. When Addison arrived several years later, it was difficult for Allie to understand that she had to share us. This was the first night she acknowledged Addison. I was so happy. She accepted both kids, but didn't really want anything to do with them. Ironically, in the last months of her life, she was drawn to Addison more than anyone else. Allie did not like the rain or sn...

http://themeadors.blogspot.com/2011/07/vacation-in-colorado.html
Saturday, July 2, 2011. Our family was fortunate enough to spend this last week in Colorado on vacation. The day time highs were in the 70's and the lows in the 40's. It was a nice break from the heat wave we are experiencing in Texas. We stayed in a cabin on the Dolores River somewhere between Dolores and Rico. We were truly in the middle of nowhere.it was so nice. Addison posing on the bridge while the boys were fishing. Notice the barefoot fishermen.country boys! Many more pictures to come!

http://themeadors.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 26, 2010. Brock graduated from kindergarten on June 1st. He received the CRUNCH candy bar award for always being able to get out of a crunch just in time. Brock is such a neat kid. We are very proud of him! I am going to have to rely on my friends for pictures of Addison. I was not able to attend the awards ceremony in her classroom. I was in my classroom at the time. One of those teacher things.you miss out on your own kids! I have no idea what Brock is doing here. The end of Brock's flip.
