I'm still looking to Barnard for some ideas, and as I noted on DoV. Today, I used his BBQ sauce as a base for my own today. Also, we had his basic pancakes for breakfast yesterday with fresh watermelon on the side for breakfast. Above, you'll see one of our favorite desserts; tofu pudding. I've made this for years now, and decided to try cutting back the sugar and cocoa powder a bit. Here's the current recipe, which I think is better than before! 1 box Mori Nu Lite Tofu (the shelf-stable kind).

Gluten Free Yeast Bread! When I was on the farm last time, Renee indicated that she'd had bad bread experiences. So, the weigh in this week I was hoping for a pound off- I've been walking and working out most days of the week. I was only down 0.2 pounds, though. I suspect this was the result of (1) salty sesame soy curls for dinner the night before and (2) the pizza I ate at the movies Saturday- who knows how many calories were in that thing? 1 cup slivered almo nds (you're going to grind them, so use whatever shape and cut you like). 1/4 cup butter or marg arine (I'm sure coconut oil would work , of course Earth Balance would ). 1 small onion, chopped. 1 clove of garlic, minced or pressed. 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced. 3/4 teaspoon of sal t. 1/2 teaspo on thy me leave s (dried). Spread almonds on a shallow pan and toast in a 350 degree ove n f or 8 minutes or until lightly browned. (Or you could just buy roasted alm onds ). The Two Fat Sisters.
