I highly recommend having a block, a yoga strap and a wall nearby to practice. Step 1: Downward Facing Dog. Step 2: Dolphin Pose. When you are ready, come back into Dolphin Pose and walk your feet in as much as your flexibility allows. Look down and focus on the space in between your forearms. Step 3: Lift a leg.
