There was a farewell yesterday for one of my colleagues, who's leaving for (hopefully) greener pastures. he's been a real nice guy (actually, everyone's been really nice to me. i still wonder why), so it's kinda sad to have him go off halfway through my internship. regardless, all the best to him! Finally, i get to enjoy a brief 1 week break at home. shocking to realise that my final year is 25% over, and by mid year i'll already have one foot out the door into the working world. eeeeek. kinda scary. Well it's a saturday night, and the weather is nice and cool, just the way i like it. :) had a leisurely 10 minute walk to dinner (hawker center, just down the main road), and stopped by the supermarket to buy drinks and ice cream on the way back. heavenly. :P. Woke up real early, around 6am, more out of habit than anything. had breakfast, and got a hair cut! And since they take up an hour plus each you can tell how i spent most of my day, lol.
