When the kids arrived, they were sent on a mystery hunt which included games and finding clues in order to solve the mystery of who stole the cake. They had a blast. I had fun dressing our four to look like Scooby characters. I figured they could use the costumes again for Halloween.). Who stole the cake? Was it a ghost who turned out to be the proprietor of the place? Http:...

Sunday, January 10, 2010. January 10th was Daniel's 6th birthday. Being that he LOVES all things sports, we had a football-themed lunch. Daniel's birthday guests (several boys from his kindergarten class. And several friends from church). Birthday cookies for my child who does not like cake. Some of Daniel's cards and the football craft we made. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Http:/ www.pastor.us. Http:/ www.johnstange.com. Http:/ priano.blogspot.com. Stange Family: September 2009
http://stangefamily.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 18, 2009. Super Cute Ring Bearer and Flower Girl. Daniel and Julia were in another wedding this past Saturday (I think we should "hire" them out, they seem to be popular). This time it was for a cousin's wedding. Now, I am the first to admit that they are super cute, so I don't blame people for wanting them to be in their wedding. The rings. I explained, and she laughed and told him "absolutely." So, Daniel agreed to the job. Julia, of course, loved every minute of it. Here Daniel is sh...

Stange Family: December 2009
http://stangefamily.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 28, 2009. SnowAnd Lots of It! The Philadelphia area does not tend to get much snow. Some winters we don't get anything at all. Last week, much to our children's delight, we got over a foot. Some places near us got up to 2 feet! All the kids wanted to do was play in it. So, every day until it melted they spent an hour or so enjoying it. I, on the other hand, watched from the kitchen window! Our friend Josh helped the kids build a snow fort. Which they then lightly covered declaring. Sir Z...

Stange Family: Enjoying Spring
http://stangefamily.blogspot.com/2010/04/enjoying-spring.html
Friday, April 2, 2010. We have been really enjoying spring lately. The warmth of the sun is a welcome. Change from the gray of winter. As I sat outside watching the kids play, I was amused by the different ways they chose. To enjoy the warm air. The girls chose to sit together and draw. The boys are alternately riding their bikes. And hacking at sticks that fell from the tree across the street. What else would boys or girls do? April 7, 2010 at 10:19 AM. Examples of the purses from most women from top gr...

Stange Family: November 2009
http://stangefamily.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 30, 2009. I love Thanksgiving. It is by far my favorite holiday of the year. Here are a few highlights of the tradition. This is at my Uncle Kevin and Aunt Patrice's house. We meet here each year for dessert, football watching and Christmas carol singing. The two favorite songs are "Silver Bells" and "12 Days of Christmas." Aunt Patrice always directs the mayhem. And 21 second cousins (I think that's what they're considered). And they take their role very seriously. :). Daniel and my Dad.
