It's this time of the season when we just don't think the snow will ever melt and the warm spring days will ever come, but they always do! It's coming my temperate climate friends so HAPPY SPRING! Friday, December 27, 2013. Baby, stay warm! I made a hot cocoa bar. I used a vintage sled to hold the vintage box. Inside I filled 2 mason jars with oversized candy canes and marshmallows. Then I used a candy jar and filled it with hot cocoa powder. This is set up next to the Poland Spring water cooler where hot water is just a flick of the lever. Saturday, January 18, 2014. New plans in the works. Life is ever changing, isn't it? With that said, we are going to be building a home in two years, rather than building on to our current home. Why you may ask? Well, we have wetlands to deal with due to the size of our addition, etc.The hard part is that I truly love my home. It's my little cottage. Ideally, I 'd like to keep this one as an art retreat. Maybe? But, having a plain palette to create from is exciting too! We are strapping on our seat belts!
