Biking to and from work in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Thursday, October 8, 2009. Yes I'm as guilty as many others. I'm frugal. Not in the miserly way (well sometimes), but in that I like to make things last. To that length I used to rotate my tires. however that is a no-no. See Sheldon Brown's article on it here. 1978 Honda Hawk 400. May 28, 2014. 1978 Honda Hawk 400 running project with only 700 miles. Bike runs well but definitely needs some work to be roadworthy. It has a clean title. Battery is brand new. Rear tire is brand new, front needs to be replaced. Chain is brand new. Has both kick and electric start. Oil needs to be changed, spark plugs should be replaced. It currently has no headlight, tail light or signals. Original seat is included but has no cover. One original side cover is included.
