A Texan in LA. This town just ain't right. Mexican food here is wrong. It is That’s the truth. First, probably the most simple thing to make, that every self-respecting restaurant should be able to do to some capacity, is salsa. But no, not in LA. It seems that everywhere I go there is this brown flavorless sludge in a little bowl on the table. What is this crap? How can you take something that you shouldn’t cook, and then overcook it? 8221; people say “What? Who cares about the salsa? 8221; Heresy I say!
