Texas Parent 2 Parent. This past weekend we attended the annual TXP2P (Texas Parent to Parent) conference in San Marcos. This was our 3rd time to attend, and each year we come home overwhelmed with the amount of information. Texas Parent to Parent is a state-wide organization that assists families that have children with special health care needs. The services that can be found at TXP2P include advocacy, support, encouragement, wealth of information, and up-to-date information on legislative matters.
