BluYonder Adventures: July 2008
http://bluyonderadventures.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 24, 2008. Weather out of Houston and weather into Boston caused us to be about 2.5 hours late into Boston this afternoon. I am staying at the beautiful downtown Boston Park Plaza. The seafood at the restaurant downstairs is to die for. The seafood cakes that I had for dinner were the best I ever had. Yum! It is raining outside so I am not getting out. We leave early, early in the morning at 4:25 Boston time. I guess that I better get to bed. Friday, July 18, 2008. Our trip home was unevent...

BluYonder Adventures: April 2009
http://bluyonderadventures.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 9, 2009. The hotel was also beside a small stream that emptied into the ocean. It also would fill up like a raging river during hi tide. Below is a picture of the river dumping into the ocean at sunset. The next day (below) troll and I went to hang out under the tree. The beach was filled with tiny hermit crabs. Some were about the size of Pill bugs. It was amazing to watch them crawling everywhere. There is an Iguana in the tree below. This Jay joined us for breakfast. Top of the Rock.

Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Rio - First Trip south of the Equator. Above is a a view from my hotel room in Rio. Here is a picture of the Ipanema beach just down the hill. Another view of Ipanema. A view of our hotel from down the hill. Nice crew, nice flight. I still do not think International flying is for me. It takes me a few days to recover from being up all night. I will not be putting in my transfer but I would not mind taking this trip again for fun. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Granite Lake with David.

This was a quick trip assigned to me after my airport alert duty that ended night before last at 8:00 pm. I flew in here yesterday evening. This is a new hotel for us. very nice. Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Our airport hotel in Detroit. Very nice. Below is the inside atrium. And I have not seen one of these in a while but there is a Big Boy restaurant just across the stree. Nice breakfast buffet but I grabbed the 3.99 senior special. Two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, choice of biscuits or pancakes AND hashbrowns. Too much food but very good. I did not notice the McDonalds until I was on my way back to the hotel. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Granite Lake with David.

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6. MY THREE SONS.LIVIN' IN TEXAS. At 14 months and just 2 weeks before starting Mother's Day Out (where he had to be walking to be in the class I wanted him in) Colton. Started walking. He is doing such a good job. No one is as happy about this as me, this boy weighs 29 pounds. That is a lot to carry around all the time. I love to watch him toddle all over! Posted by Cathy and Andy. August 22, 2011. Here ...

The Vandenberges: June 2012

Sunday, June 17, 2012. Summer fun in June. They like to ride their bikes too, but that has slowed down a little since it's so hot. Anna was taking pictures and Emma was showing her the inside of her eyes. They make me smile! Anton's friends came over last weekend to get some camping supplies ready for our trip. Anna wanted to hang out with them. Last Sunday our church had a Father-Daughter sock hop. They had lots of fun! And ate ring pops. Anna lost her 1st tooth Wednesday night! Friday, June 15, 2012.

A few weeks before we brought her home, we went to pick out our Dixie from Miller Creek Kennels. It was so hard to choose between all of the adorable puppies, but Austin knew just which dog was meant to be ours. She fit right in the family, and we absolutely love her! Posted by Cathy and Andy.
