Marie o' the Sea: November 2010
http://dharmathreads.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 17, 2010. My first sale: CrackerJack 2010. What an honour and a pleasure to have participated amongst some seriously great artisans, artists and craftspeople. All that preparation was well worth my while. I appreciated the feedback, the chance to meet with old and dear friends and to share my nuno felting art process. What a great learning experience on this artisan journey I find myself continuing on. Now, back to the studio. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Out in the world. Lots of go...

Marie o' the Sea: July 2010
http://dharmathreads.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 13, 2010. On a loom outside of time, a woman weaves, unknown, sublime. Not young or old, her face unseamed, her silken hair flows like a dream. Her strong hands match the heddle's beat as toes dance lightly underneath. The shuttle flies from left, then right; for each the weft is beaten tight. http://dharmathreads.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 27, 2010. I've decided I'm going to start drawing attention to random photos I've taken (both for your pleasure and my inspiration) by sporadically plunking them here and writing a little about what they bring to mind. At this angle, there's a little poky bit that sticks up and looks like a tiny human on the edge of the world. Friday, August 27, 2010. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Here are a couple of the scarves I've been working on. More to come. Wednesday, August 04, 2010.

Marie o' the Sea: February 2010
http://dharmathreads.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Here I am on a sunny Saturday in Stanley Park. I had the opportunity to fashion some gorgeous hand-woven and knitted wearables, created by my friend and classmate Janna. This blog records that art and the art I see/touch/hear/smell/taste/feel around me. View my complete profile.

Monday, May 31, 2010. As a farewell excursion in Vancouver before heading onto a new chapter. Monday, May 31, 2010. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Made Elsewhere for Cheap. The use of the word “Addict” as a chaotic all-over pattern emphasizes our chaotic pattern of consumption addiction. “Made in China” is an after thought if the look and price are right. Do we know the trail of the cheap t-shirt? What does our western ‘concern’ look like? Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Earlier this year, I ...

Marie o' the Sea: January 2011
http://dharmathreads.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 9, 2011. Once upon a time there was a girl who liked the colour fuschia. She enjoyed wearing fuschia lip stain and donning a fuschia attitude.
