Playin' in the Rain: May 2010
http://juliaandbrett.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Playin' in the Rain. A summary of our adventures in Oregon. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. I can't believe Jaron is almost 6 months old! Time has really flown! Some fun facts about Jaron; he's really ticklish. He loves it when Brett tells him stories or sings songs, no matter how fussy he is this always calms him down. He loves to see himself in the mirror. He loves bath time. I need to wear a poncho because he drenches me with his kicking. He's a cat napper. 20-30 min tops. Links to this post. Links to this post.

the Hibberts: Rewind
http://tatersoftricities.blogspot.com/2015/07/rewind.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. Let me back track. Before LaGrande, here's the home we sold. The kids were just learning to ride their bikes in the school parking lot before they were packed away for a while. And Finley was getting big enough to show. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our Neck of the Woods. Sarah D and The Doctor. The life of Kim! View my complete profile. the Hibberts: Tillamook
http://tatersoftricities.blogspot.com/2015/07/tillamook.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. It was really beautiful at the coast, albeit cold and windy. Back home they were getting hit with the first of the big heat wave, so I did appreciate the brisk weather! We visited the Tillamook Cheese Factory and had some great ice-cream. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for letting us tag along on the beautiful trip! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). the Hibberts: Nomads in LaGrande
http://tatersoftricities.blogspot.com/2015/07/nomads-in-lagrande.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. So, like I mentioned, we spend several weeks living with Nana and Papa and Charlie the Dog in LaGrande. A big shout out to them for letting us live there and make noise and messes and even a little hole in their window! That town is beautiful and we tried to keep busy. I had a goal of visiting all the parks, but I believe it was after only 3 that I decided we had found the best one. So I didn't explore anymore and we just revisited the big one =0). the Hibberts: Fourth of July Weekend
http://tatersoftricities.blogspot.com/2015/07/fourth-of-july-weekend.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. Fourth of July Weekend. So some friends from WA, the McMann's, came to visit their Uncles this weekend and stayed with us. The kids LOVED having other kids to play with for a change =) We tried out the local water park, which was awesome. The burn on my back is not so awesome. Sunday night we went to Mary's family's property on the mountain. We thought it was vacant, but her uncle ended up being there and we gave him a good scare by barging into the house. Ha! the Hibberts: The Big Day
http://tatersoftricities.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-big-day.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. As we rounded a corner and were nearly there, a cop pulled me over for speeding. It was a low blow as he was in a speeding trap and I was pretty upset. So I showed up bawling to the Hibberts who were all waiting for us to arrive to meet the baby. Oh boy. Anyway, after holding that adorable little baby girl, I felt better and moved on. The next weekend, Eric's parents came and helped us with projects around the place. Thank you! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The life of Kim!

SQUARES in HIPPIEVILLE: October 2011 -- Travis and Melissa Stoddard's Online Happy Place
http://hippieville.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 22, 2011. A couple weeks ago, our family returned from an alternate universe called Disneyland. I can sense your knowing smile coming right through the interwebs. Yes, everyones. Been to The Magic Kingdom before. Everyone, that is, other than our family, a handful of Amish, and a solitary Kalahari bushman who cannot overcome his fear of flying. We figured we should finally get down there and see what all the fuss is about. Take heart Kalahari bushman, we drove the whole way.

Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Langy gets his groove on. Snapping out a rhythm (sort of). Langdon has always demonstrated a preference for certain kinds of music. As an infant, his cries were immediately calmed upon hearing Dee Snider of Twisted Sister. Shout I wanna rock! Monday, November 8, 2010. Rorschach test on hardwood. Quick, what do you see. SQUARES in HIPPIEVILLE: Moneyball -- Travis and Melissa Stoddard's Online Happy Place
http://hippieville.blogspot.com/2012/01/moneyball.html
Saturday, January 28, 2012. Last night, Melis' and I watched Moneyball. It's the (mostly) true story of Oakland A's GM Billy Beane and his effort to put together a competitive baseball team on a comparatively small budget. I say "mostly" true because Hollywood altered the story a little to make for more compelling cinema. For example, Billy Beane is played by (ahem) Brad Pitt. Someday, Hollywood will tell my story too. The boots were thrown in at no additional cost. Langy is currently batting over &#...

SQUARES in HIPPIEVILLE: September 2010 -- Travis and Melissa Stoddard's Online Happy Place
http://hippieville.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 18, 2010. Melissa and I come from Pendleton, Oregon. When the topic of hometowns comes up here in the Willamette Valley, people often remark, Oh, I drove through Pendleton once on the way to. 160; I suppose were fortunate that I-84 runs through the place, otherwise a lot of people would have no reason to see it at all. Its relatively quiet, except during the second week of September - thats when the rodeo comes to town. Thursday, September 9, 2010. Thursday, September 2, 2010.
