Compete in at least one Half Marathon each month and do 8 full marathons throughout the year:. Including: Seattle Marathon, Royal Victoria Marathon, Seattle Rock and Roll Marathon, ING Georgia, Would love to do New York and if John has his way i will be doing the Rails and Trails in Wisconsin as well as the Minnesota something or another marathon.

I was diagnosed with type one diabetes in 2004 after taking a brief intermission and trying to figure my body out I am determined to train harder, run faster, and encourage other to reach their potential and the first step to that is not using your body as a weakness but to find alternative ways to make your body work for you. My last race was Dec 19th, I ran the half marathon in the morning and pulled a 1:46 which equated to 17th overall finisher and first place in division. I then raced a sprint duathlon in the afternoon, didnt do so hot on this one but heck it was fun. Its been eight days and im itching for my next race. I identified a race in Mt.
