I'm a 22 year-old pre-grad at Colgate University, majoring in computer science and minoring in film and media studies. I am completely fascinated with film of all types. I've had the most experience with French and Spanish foreign film, but that's not the limit of my viewing habits. One of the only genres I don't particularly like or watch that often is horror. I consider American Beauty. To be my favorite film of all-time, but there are many close seconds. On a side note I'm a rabid Oregon Ducks.

March 22, 2010. AFI #3 - Casablanca (1942). This was my third time seeing Casablanca. And I honestly can say that this film just gets better and better with every viewing. This repeat viewing was different than that of Citizen Kane. Mostly because I wasn’t necessarily noticing the subtle nuances of the film but because I’ve grown to appreciate the film as a whole more as I’ve become older and better versed in cinema.
