Monday, November 19, 2012. After meeting my goal of running a 5k and 10k and a triathlon I decided to start training for a 1/2 marathon. September 1st in Lake Forrest. It was hard. Which is funny because I had run 12.1 miles on my regular route with no difficulty. Here are my theories, I run a very flat route and at the time a 10 minute pace. My goal was 2hour 5 min. Monday, October 4, 2010. Mercy loves watching football with her daddy. She shouts, "Go Seahawks! Whenever she sees football on TV! Tyson bought her this little Seahawks jersey. Love it!
