Lulwanda Children’s Home. Race International Children’s Foundation (GICF) was created to address the urgent need to care for children abandoned or left orphans by the AIDS epidemic in Uganda and the rest of East Africa. Efore coming to Lulwanda Children’s Home, many of these children had no one to care for them, while others were living in desperate conditions with aging and overburdened grandparents. Now the children are thriving in a healthy, nurturing Christian environment.
