Friday, October 22, 2010. 4 Month Follow Up. Cooper had his 4 month wellness appointment today and he is doing great! He is in the 95th percentile for height at 26 3/4 inches, the 90th percentile for weight at 16 pounds 11 ounces, and the 75th percentile for head circumference at 43 centimeters.
