Resembling a miniature city, scraps of Belgian block and brick are revealed at low tide. As the tide rises viewers can imagine the effects of sea level change to Boston. Zen under the Zakim. Nate started his passion for street art doing photo murals. He teamed up with Boston Building Wraps to print his photography as big as he needed. Photo murals are not cheap. Nate has five photo murals around the North End Boston and one in Cambridge. Nate enjoys doing these projects because the results far outweigh the work involved. The only drawback is they fade much faster than a painted mural. Sun exposure is a consideration when choosing a wall or surface.

PEN AND INK DRAWINGS. Nate, a skilled design drafter, draws using standard pens of three varying sizes on watercolor paper. A drafter's attention to detail helps him realize beautifully rendered street scenes taken from his photos of Boston. These scenes are indeed charming, but include all the warts of contemporary municipal ephemera: street lights, signage, pavement repairs.

Nate has access to giant sheets of advertising vinyl that would normally get thrown away. Nate has collected over 10,000-sf of vinyl in the past two years. He is planning on painting it all up as soon as he can.
