I was thinking yesterday just how good my life is:. I've got a nice house that will soon be paid for(it still needs some work, though). I've got a great job that's close to home, and I've been lucky to be employed when many aren't. I've got a great family that I don't see often enough. I'm in excellent health, and not to old to learn new things.

So now I'm in San Diego for Balboa Rendezvous. I'm here with my dance partner, Deb, for a weekend of sight-seeing and dancing, as well as fine dining. He has agreed to do a TV mini series of his famous book series, The Sword of Truth. I’m really excited. I love his books and am eagerly awaiting the final installment. Saldrin Moore or less. Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Ah yes, I remember that day all too well all those years ago when my mom got tired of seeing me sitting in the living room, watching TV, instead of out job hunting. The day she drove me down to the local Army recruiter’s office, and dropped me off. I don’t remember what day it was…just remember that day. As like most things in my life I never remember the exact day. Time seems to have little meaning to me. It was good, it was fun, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
