March 14, 2015. By Smith Home Gardens. Rhubarb the forgotten fruit. Earlier this month I received a garden treat to enjoy visually and a tummy tasting pleasure! I prepared 3 different pots and planted each piece to give them a head start in development. I still haven’t decided where to plant this delightful perennial treat in its permanent home in my garden due to weather and the sun conditions of my garden. I look forward to trying rhubarb and apple pies, crisps and exciting jam too! Fruits in our garden.

Peaches and Dreams – Smith Home Gardens
https://smithhomegardens.wordpress.com/2015/03/17/peaches-and-dreams-2
March 17, 2015. March 17, 2015. By Smith Home Gardens. A friend stopped by yesterday to view my gardens and much to my surprise, I found a great treasure. A peach tree has come alive! My neighbor gave me this particular peach tree over 4 years ago and it had never bared any fruit. It took lots of love and care to nurse it back to health. She was gonna chop it down. To walk into the yard and to see this wonderful surprise really made me tickled pink. On my toast with coffee). I only say not before me!

Sesame ginger noodles with mushrooms, kale and tofu). I don’t want to say diet because its not my intention. Moreover, it graduates to a vegan meal plan (no dairy ) and then finally RAW. A full month of only fruits and vegetables RAW. Part of my 20 different varieties of tomatoes under my grow light. A garden in a buc...
