Just because i'm rock doesn't mean that i'm made of stone. Sunday, September 7, 2008. BSA sungkai is a yearly event which is held for us to get together. This year, it is kind of different where intead of potluck, Bruneians in NZ cooked for the meal together. An ideal way to strengthen relationships among us. I would say the food was splendid not forgetting the awesome beverage, 'Puspa'. The Sungkai was held at Clubs and Socs and following that, Terawih was performed, led by our Religious Officer, Mujeeb.

Apparently, it is the exam season and Bruneian Students in Otago organized a Hajat Prayer. The prayers were led by our religious officer, Mujeeb. Khai, calling for Athan. Elham posing for the camera. Not in this picture though, but Mizah's truffle (right spelling? I really hope we have potluck dinner every night. :P. Saidah and Mizah with Elham at the back. Zuh, Aeda and Dibah.

Just because i'm rock doesn't mean that i'm made of stone. Thursday, October 2, 2008. Selamat Hari Raya to all Muslims especially to Babu and Bapa di Brunei, maaf zahir batiin. The first open house this year was held at the first day of raya at 8b Gowland St. There were 3 chefs in charged. And on behalf of Gowlanders, I would like to thank for those who came and making the first day raya such a lovely day. Aeda, preparing her nasi goreng. Busy with the bean sprout. Of those who first came.

71014 I had a super marathon. Non stop -drama marathon of season 1 and season 2 (til current episode) of 'Blacklist'. Its an FBI drama not my usual girly chic drama but my kinda drama with twists and thrills. Must watch and can't wait for the latest episodes. Anyways had less than my usual 8hrd of sleep and feel my skin is acting up. Anyways i had a bit of a splurge in Shiseido courtesy of the Darling husband J. Love that christmas is near! There's no mountain too high to climb.". Changes, Stages. what else? Friday, 31 July 2009. I'm going to start my learning officially @ ITB in just a few more days. I'm feeling all sorts of emotions that probably don't need explaining since it's so common. I finally got my own coveralls today, three coveralls to be exact, one in blue, one in fiery orange and the last one a really dark oceanic blue. Sigh I'll probably boil in my coverall this Monday but hey, I'll look cool haha (whatever). Bah, till then.
