Ben Bowsher has informed the Board of CARES that, due to ill health, he is to stand down from his position of CEO with immediate effect. With great regret the Board has agreed to this. The Board has asked Lee Brankley to continue in his role as Acting Chief Executive Officer until the formal appointment of Ben's successor. Ben wishes CARES, and Lee and all his team at CARES every success in the future.
