It is quite a difficult case because the man is not believed to have committed more crimes in his lifetime, except the rape. Then is the question, is someone after 20 years still guilty? The UK Border Agency (UKBA) with increasing frequency to return failed asylum- seekers is using these kinds of flights with such a disrespectful treatment.
