Sunday, 8 August 2010. Pics of my poor build from Turnarcades. Black paint all over the screen. I wish I could photograph how dark the screen is, but I had to use a backlight just to bring up the spots. This is with brighness at full, the CRT monitor is old, knackered and Turnarcades wont refund it. Just one of the joins that gives the build that real amateur feel. Remember this build cost nearly £1000 pounds. I dont expect this finish. After 2 weeks, the lights fell off. Turnarcades not being helpful.

Sunday, 8 August 2010. Turnarcades not being helpful. So I dont really believe in publishing mail trails but so far its gone like this. I email Turnarcades with a list of problems. Turnarcades email me saying sorry, but nothing we can do. I email Turnarcades telling them ive tested the monitor on 5 systems and got a TV repair man to look at it and its too dark and broken. They offer a replacement screen, but do say the replacement is dark as well so will probably we in the same condition.

Sunday, 8 August 2010. Turnarcades - can i please have my money back. So I sent Turnarcades an email asking for my money back. Hi Craig, after talking to some guys at other Arcade forums and showing them some photos, the work that has been done isn't acceptable. Ive asked for some help in funding from you to get a new monitor and get some money back to pay for repairs but you have refused, I dont think replacing the dark monitor with the same problem is acceptable. I am writing to ask for a full refund.
