Ryan McGrath: Back to Zero
http://ryanmcgrath.blogspot.com/2012/04/back-to-zero.html
Tuesday, April 17, 2012. All I have to say is, thank FSM that I wasn't running in Boston yesterday. I still had to swim, so I went down around 4:30, and somehow muddled through an hour of swimming before Alyssa got home from her weekend of running with the Rev3 Run Across America group. In all, a cool weekend to get to kick it with Z, watch some races, get in some training. #goodtimes. The radio show - The Runaround on ESPN - is a radio show created and produced by my friends at Running Maryland.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Update on the Hand. Saturday, May 16, 2009. This is a recent photo of our trip to the Sand Dunes near Alamosa. It was taken with my Sony DSC R-1 camera. Wednesday, May 6, 2009. I am experiencing technical difficulties. So as some of you might know by now, I broke a couple of bones in my hand over the weekend. Updates will be sparse over the next couple of weeks. Here's what they did to my hand during the surgery. I hope to be back to taking photos and drawing soon!

Ryan McGrath: June 2011
http://ryanmcgrath.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 28, 2011. This past week, mostly just humid, which is really disconcerting. We drove home, all exhausted, and stopped in Newark DE for breakfast/lunch. Got back to the homestead around 1:30 I guess, and was wiped. After gorging at a bbq on Sunday evening, I finally went for a 4 mile run. It was one of the slowest runs I've ever done, I just needed to get out and shake out. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. The good news of the day was that my brother and I won the sibling-sibling title, as he ran a c...

Ryan McGrath: October 2012
http://ryanmcgrath.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 18, 2012. It's been, oh, nearly 6 months since I last posted anything here. To be honest, I just didn't have the heart. I still don't. But, I just kind of need to get some thoughts written down. I guess the last thing I wrote about was the REV3 Knoxville race. From there, things went downhill. Fast. After that day I was pretty fried. I had one more race on the schedule - Philly Tri two weeks later - and I was not looking forward to it. Something was wrong with me, but what? Alyssa had w...

Saturday I ran my last race of the year - #30. I never intended to run that number, but it's funny how that fell on my the year of my 30th birthday. I certainly won't be going for 31 next year.
