Winning is sometimes the only thing on the radar. There is an organisation in the US which has a goal to make youth sport a positive experience, that builds strong character. It says there is more than one thing you need on your radar. Personal development. It can't be only about winning. Why should people play sport?

Here are two scenarios:. 1 You call match ups, assigning a teammate to defend a particular opponent. 2 You say "match up across". Always do scenario 1. And that leads to sucky ultimate.
