Thursday, January 29, 2009. Welcome to your first experience with plyometric training, at least in the UBC. We held off on the plyometrics until the 3rd week. Imagine if we had done them on week 1. your legs would be totally useless, and for more important reasons, you would have been more prone to injury. If you didn't notice, Track and Field wasn't a "puker" class, as some students put it, but it did nail those quads and hamstrings pretty darn good. See below. See you in the am. ". See you in class!
