Today I wanted to see what my 3 rep max was for the Overhead Squat. I was pleased to find out that my 2 rep max was 210#. I had the third almost to the top and lost it. Today the WOD is Heavy Fran.previous PR was 11:38, wanted to be sub 10:00. Was pretty happy, with a little different approach on the pull ups (not chaining a KB around my waist) I could get this down even more. I like this workout a lot!
