Söndag 16 augusti 2015. 2012 Jean-François Ganevat Dolium. Plötsligt stod den bara där. Ganevats amfora-vin. Som en man av nyfikenhet så kände jag suget av att prova. Informationen på nätet är knapphändig. Men har hittat flera oberoende källor som säger chardonnay som har macererats i hela 30 månader i amfora. Stämmer det så låter det lite mer som ett enstaka småhärligt och galet experiment än en helomvändning i vinmakandet. Vi korkar upp och häller upp på karaff. Vilket vackert bärnstensfärgadt vin!

Next up a wine from a natural wine maker - yes I know - but you have to challenge yourself sometimes.:-). 2013 Brouilly V.V., Jean-Claude Lapalu. From a fresh opened bottle it starts of with a funky, chicken yard nose that within minutes transforms into a much more friendly nose with notes of cranberries, herbs, paint, pine resin and a hint of saw dust. I like this nose. Now of to a wine tasting!

This Tempranillo rosé has a attractive, light nose with notes of wild strawberries, gravel and dry biscuits.
