Friday, January 25, 2008. 24 Hours On A Treadmill. 24 Hour Treadmill Challenge. My set up team had been at Snap Fitness setting up for the treadmill race for 2 hours before the planned race time. They did a great job of making this happen. It's not just two treadmills and a clock. We had to move the treadmills into position, set the fans, run power cords, get the Internet. Connections up and running for a 24 hour webcast. And a dozen or more key tasks HAD to be completed before 12pm and we started running.

Sunday, January 20, 2008. 12359 miles, 24 hours, all on a treadmill. 12359 miles in 24 hours ALL on a treadmill! Hour 9, running with Denise. Don't come in to the store and tell me about how BAD your blisters are! This one popped and I still ran 14 more hours on it. By the way, it has nothing to do with the shoes, socks and has everything to do with the treadmill and running for a long time. It's not the shoes. It's me and the running surface. Sunday, January 06, 2008. Yesterday was the Running From Angel 50 Miler at Lake Mead. It was a chilly 50 degrees, wind (most of it in our faces) at 25 MPH and hills. the non stop hills 4722 feet of climbing. At the turn around, ready to move into 2nd place.
